The Show Barn

The heart of Ashbourne Farms, the Show Barn offers 15,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed indoor space where elevated hospitality meets timeless craftsmanship. Custom light fixtures cast a warm glow across handcrafted wood farm tables and leather dining chairs, while a private library and restored silo wine cellar, complete with a striking glass spiral staircase, invite guests to linger longer. A custom built-in bar anchors the room and supports seamless gatherings.

Designed to host with intention, the Show Barn also features multifunctional meeting capabilities including high-resolution projection, premium sound, high-speed wireless internet, ample power and charging stations, and curated meeting materials, making it equally suited for celebrations and focused meetings.

The Show Barn Hayloft

Designed from over 4,000 square feet of Indiana limestone and attached to the Show Barn, this elevated patio offers full 360-degree views of the rolling hills across our 2,200-plus-acre farm. Teak patio furnishings, cocktail tables, and custom-built portable bars create a setting designed for relaxed yet refined outdoor entertaining. Ideal for cocktail parties and receptions, the Limestone Patio is a space where golden-hour views and good company set the tone.

The Hartley Green House

The Lodge Barn

The Farm House

Also serving as our Bridal Suite, the Farm House provides a calming, residential environment to begin your wedding day with ease and intention.

With five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, this private home blends historic charm with modern comfort. A generous gathering room, cozy library, and screened-in porch create inviting spaces to meet, reflect, and recharge — ideal for both strategic and celebratory moments.

The Lodge House

Once the Farm Manager’s residence, the Lodge House has been restored with reverence for its history, now a rustic yet refined retreat designed for comfort, ease, and camaraderie. Serving as the Groomsmen Quarters, it offers a relaxed, private setting where the groom and his closest friends can gather, unwind, and prepare for the day ahead.

Tucked deeper within the property and overlooking one of Ashbourne Farms’ lakes, the Lodge House provides a sense of peaceful seclusion paired with serene waterfront views. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home balances natural character with modern comfort — an inviting space to connect, recharge, and settle into the celebration.
